Pi is a registered company that delivers electronics, programming and engineering services. Electronics can be in the form of CAD files, prototypes or products.
Pi reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. because of wrong price information, or to discontinue goods without notice. Orders are received by mail, email, phone, verbal agreement or through webpage.
Delivery depends on type of product or service ordered.
Normally goods or services can be delivered within 4 weeks but can vary depending on stock. If more than 4 weeks before delivery of goods or start of service, a notice will be given.
Goods are delivered by fast couriers like UPS, DHL and alike. All damage or loss that happens after dispatch is the responsibility of the buyer. The fast couriers often have options for guarantees. Price depends on weight and size of goods.
Prices are given as offers for interested customers. For domestic customers, 24% VAT will be added to the given price.
The customer has 1 year right to return the goods if they do not comply with stated capabilities. For the guarantee to take place the goods must have been handled with care. Goods that have been dropped, broken, submerged in water are typical examples of goods that will not fall under the guarantee. The return price is the price of the goods on the day bought or day when returned, which ever is lower. To get goods returned the buyer must show a proof of purchase with price.
If goods are defective, new goods are offered free of charge and delivery cost.
